What data we process
This website has no forms and no user accounts. Personal data is processed only when you write to contact@paragonum.co: your name, email address and any other details you choose to include in your message, such as your company or role.
Purpose and legal basis
We use that data to reply to your message and, where relevant, to discuss a possible engagement. The legal bases under Article 6 of the GDPR are:
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f): replying to correspondence you have chosen to send us.
- Pre-contractual steps (Art. 6.1.b): where your message concerns a possible engagement, taking the steps you request before entering into a contract.
Retention
Correspondence is kept for up to 12 months after the last communication, unless a business relationship is established. If it is, data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods required by law (for example, six years for accounting records under the Spanish Commercial Code). After the applicable period, personal data is deleted or anonymised.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which acts as a data processor. Vercel is located in the United States; transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Analytics and cookies
This website uses Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service that counts page views in aggregate. It does not set cookies, does not use local storage and does not track visitors across websites. The website sets no cookies of any kind, so no cookie banner is shown.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the LOPDGDD you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request erasure of your data;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- request restriction of processing;
- receive your data in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@paragonum.co. We will reply within one month of receiving your request.
